Heart Felt

Old withered buds
Make way for fresh camellia
Vase a transitory inn

Boisterous Laugh
Drizzled with tears
Eyes equalize

  4. These are both nicely done, though the 2nd is a bit puzzling.

I sense a tone of underlying sadness.

    Cheers!

    1. When we laugh a lot, tears have tendency to appear. Eyes have way to equalize.

      Thanks for being here.

  20. The best thing about coming back to this blog after a brief hiatus is that I get to read one beautiful haiku after another. The second one is particularly lovely. "Eyes equalize" - what a thought!

With your encouragement, I have finally written my first set of Haiku. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on them -
