Untended

Mauves enthrall
Stretched fields, untended
Waste they call

  1. Beautiful haiku.. there are things in our nature that remain neglected and considered as a waste, more or less. But you cannot take anything away from their charm and the beauty they fill the landscape with..

    BEAUTIFUL haiku Meenakshi..

    1. Mother nature is a master painter too, Deepak. Only the paintings are alive, breathing. Doesn't that make them even more breathtaking!

Thanks for your kind comments and keeping my spirits up!

  9. Hi Meenakshi,

Lovely Haiku. This image reminds me of the final task in the movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. They had a maze which looked similar to this one. I wonder how it would feel to be in a maze like that. :)

    Regards
